So it looks like I went from #276 out of 282 FO's in March's bid in CLT to #272 out of 277 FO's in April's bid. It seems to me like we're retaining a lot of FO's. They appear to have added a lot more round 1 lines in CLT and have about 20 fewer round 2 lines. This means less people on reserve and a higher chance of the highly sought after critical pay. I'm at the bottom of the list here in CLT and things here aren't all doom and gloom. I've enjoyed flying with every captain so far and I haven't been promised anything I'm not getting. The pay/ contract will continue to improve if they want to keep PSA staffed but as of now, I'm logging lots of time on reserve and getting paid like I expected to get paid being a first year FO. Great attitudes are amazing and I have one as well. Facts are hard to beat. Seniority list dropped by 19 from March to April. The company does not even have SYS posted for April but look at FO elegibility and you can find most junior FO is 1170. My prediction is FOs will start leaving in April and May as they have to interview and get a job offer. I do wish you the best of luck!
