I spoke with a scheduler on the day that they were calling out LCA for right seat flying. It's not a rumor, he told me they were being well compensated for their efforts. I don't know if that is a common occurrence or just happen on that one day.

Maybe not hiring 60 per month is by choice, but I'm pretty sure they would like to average more than 4.

Personally, I received a call from Endeavor yesterday and I will certainly be attending the interview in the event PSA does decide to downgrade. May leave anyway just for the better commute and contract.
My info says that the company stopped publishing seniority lists, so no one can tell what the attrition really is. But, on the last one, there were still dozens of people listed that no longer work for the company. Also, in the last few months, more FOs are resigning than captains.

They also say that fhe company is junior manning FOs almost every day.
