If AAG really wanted to keep the growth plan going by matching the highest paid regional (9E) it would cost about $20,000 extra per pilot, about 3,700 pilots between the WOs thats $74M.
Sounds like a lot, however AAG made $7,600,000,000 profit last year alone. That means to bring us all upto par with the only other wholly owned regional who is also top of the industry it would cost less than 1% of profits. But AAG doesn't feel we are worth 1%.
