100 hr line with 14-15 days off? That will take 100% deadhead pay. And what happens in 10 months when everyone starts timing out?

I agree they will let this place limp along as long as possible before they fix anything.

I'm curious to see if they will replace Dion to let someone else try and fix this mess before they actually do what's required. Raise pay and fix the contract.
