Hey...do whatever you want man. But having been apart of hiring before, when you pass along a resume, yea, you are fixing your name to it whether you think you are or not. Sure, we've all been helped once or twice removed down the pipe (your NetJets example) but that's a far cry from picking a resume off an internet board and saying "This guy would be great for an interview."
