Then staple them on the bottom of the SL (ALPA will have no issue) and start putting another 75 190s on that certificate and all new hires will go there along with other narrow bodies ( flying the UAL CBA)
A nice certificate no proving runs etc

This sounds too simple. Don't see that happening like that. The majors want to have some quality control over the folks they bring on board. Airplanes going to mainline - in a period of time most likely. Pilots- IMHO will have to interview to get there.
