Where are your friends making the move to? At Mesa a lot of pilots are also looking to move even if it's lateral because there are so many better options right now. They are realizing the fast upgrades are probably over. Just wondering where people are jumping to.
If PSA could figure out that Endeavor FO pay is the new normal they'd probably come right over here. Still have 45+ deliveries on the books.
