ALPAs concern is for mainline pilots which is exactly as it should be. It's harsh, but that's just life. Until one earns a spot on a mainline list, you have no right to expect any sort of special treatment. I hate all this damned entitlement attitude of my generation.

Your lack of self worth is a bit disturbing. Mainline pilot/ regional pilot= the same job. This is not an issue of entitlement, just the precedent that has been set through mergers and acquisitions in the past. Most of the airlines that were bought by or merged with majors in the past were MUCH smaller pilot groups than the regionals of today. The more members a mainline Union can bring into the fold, the better off they are.

Also, please quit your job as a pilot. Not just at RAH, but in general. If you think you and your coworkers are a ragtag group of hacks that don't deserve fair representation or compensation, get out now. This industry doesn't need another self loathing loser like yourself sh!ting all over everyone else's future.
