Envoy are getting 2 145 back from Xjet, also bringing 3 back from long term storage. Next year the remaining 13 planes that Xjet has and the 15 that are in TSA will come back slowly. So, not losing many planes anymore. Even the CRJ700 will stay longer than 2016.
For this to effectively occur, Envoy will need consistently fat monthly new-hire classes that have so far eluded it.
