i am looking into Colgan possibly in the real near future as well as Eagle but I am VERY qol of life driven and my wife and I are closing on a house just 40 miles from MHT so obviously getting MHT would be a big motivator for me. If I interview at Colgan and am offered a position will they tell me my equipment right away because if I am offered the 1900 then MHT is out and that would make my decision a little more easy since I would not be able to get MHT
since they dont even have the 1900 there

From what I hear you do not know your base until the last week of school so I would have to accept the offer (if even given) with the possibility of getting TYR or some other obscure base and commute which is where Eagle has its advantages because I could pick BOS which is 49 miles from my new house but then be on reserve forever.

life is too short to be based in an obscure base and be away from my family half the year..been there, done that
