There will be no other way to get to American Airlines unless you go through one of their 3 wholly owned regionals.
American can and will hire off the street.You do not need to come from a WO to get there.That is a BIG misconception that is out there and it's simply not true.
In addition, American is not the only airline in the world. United, Delta,some LLC's,corporate gigs ,Fed Ex,Ups all offer just as much if not more than American. 5or 6 years from now a flow won't matter anyway I promise you
We will all have moved on and most regionals will be gone anyway
