The only way around this is to cancel the flow, integrate the wholly owned's directly into American as employees, or force movement through their regionals thereby creating a new rung on the career ladder.

If you see it differently, I would like to debate it with you. What is your argument?
They will hire military, corporate and yes even regional slugs not from their wo''s outside of the flow.Hence,it is not an absolute requirement to work for a wo.Look at American''s website and Facebook page. It's happening as we speak. You can quit the wo,wait 6months and get hired by American instead of providing them cheap lift for 10-12 years waiting on psa''s so called flow .
Several guys that talked to American at the WI A conference in Nashville last month have already begun the hiring process, but you sit and wait 12 years for your flow number while people are getting hired without it.
In addition, the wo''s will never get stapled on mainline's seniority list. That would mean they would have to pay mainline salaries for flying crappy crj's and that will not happen.
Don't drink anymore of Parkers kool-aid son.Lol
