I would personally not go to RAH. Too risky. I would consider PSA for a specific set of circumstances. If you fall within those circumstances, it isn't a bad place to be. If however you find yourself commuting from far away because some recruiter promised you CLT and a quick upgrade, you failed to do your homework.
Its an interesting thought, but if you check out the Endeavor thread you will see they are still getting about 20 per class or 40 per month. Thats without a flow.
