Of course it is highly likely that attrition will be greater than just from the flow, so those timeframes come down. But the bigger threat is if PSA continues to be unable to staff, will AAG even honor the flow agreement? They've already shown a willingness to violate our contract, and they have disregaurded flow agreements in the past with Eagle.
My biggest complaint with PSA is that they've been promoting the idea of hiring 1000 pilots and growing the airline, but unwilling to increase compensation to remain competitive with the rest of the industry. What did they think would bring pilots here? At first quick career progression was enough for many but they had to know that would end by about the 1/2 way mark which is where we are now. So did they change their minds or was this the plan all along.
I'm with you. Theres nothing begging anyone to come here right now...and the marketing bs has got to stop...its likely right now if you came here to take at least 10-12 years...
