Uhhh what? Hah. You don't know anything about me or my situation. With as much movement as this industry will see in the next few years the music won't likely stop here or anywhere really. I'm holding round 1, I can make my schedule exactly how I want it every month. I'm currently sapping down to the minimum and off about 17 days /month. I'm just picking up more time at my other job and enjoying relaxing. I don't care if it takes me an extra year to upgrade because in all honesty, it isn't that bad here. Just because OMG! you won't be upgrading in exactly 18 months doesn't mean this place is a flaming dumpster fire. And where else would I go to? PSA and CLT are by far the best option for my family and I. The same reasons I came here in the first place still stand today. I'm already almost a year and a half in... I'm not jumping ship to go back to the bottom at another regional. If I max out my FO pay and the upgrade isn't right around the corner then I will reevaluate. And by that time I expect every single LCC and certainly every major and legacy scrambling for pilots.
