Yea we have guaranteed movement via the flow, however our numbers flowing each month are much less than Envoy for the time being. However, many are hopeful our numbers will go up this summer when our NC goes back to the table with the company to discuss it.
If you'll read the transcripts from the Dion and Dougie show from a couple weeks ago in CLT, you'll see that Dougie is not a fan of increasing flow because,....... wait for it,..... it will make it harder for him to STAFF HIS LOW COST REGIONALS!!!! Straight from his mouth!
He also stated
REPEATEDLY that they're going to see if the increased hiring bonus scheme is going to work and if not, they'll try something else to entice new F/Os to come to PSA. In other words,...... they're guessing,..... like amateurs,...... anything to keep from actually raising the pay scales!
