Across the street we are upgrading 24/month and only have about 900 pilots with about a 2 year upgrade... I don't see how his math works.
That's exaggerated. They're telling new hires 2-2.5 years to upgrade last I heard. That's with roughly 75 upgrades a quarter or so.
Junior CA is an early 08 hire but with the 2010-2014 hole in our seniority list it will be a 2015 hire by Spring 2017.
