I think you can learn a lot by watching people fleeing a situation. Why are so many people fleeing Gojet that they are hiring street captains?

But pilots are optimists, "they won't do that to me", "I tough and can tough it out!.

For those of you planning on going to Delta or United, or American, imaging these interview questions:

Why did you choose to go to Gojet? Were they your only option? Did you look at other carriers before making your choice or did you just send out an application and go with the first offer? Did you consider your family when you chose to go with Gojet? Why was your employment with Gojet terminated? Isn't that illegal for them to do that? Did you take any legal action against them? Why or why not? Did you research Gojet before you went there? If we hire you can you think of a situation where you would sue us? How has your experience with Gojet shaped your thinking about the industry and your profession. Did it make you bitter? Why should we hire you instead of similar pilots from Envoy, PSA, Mesa, or Skywest.Knowing what you know now, if you could go back and go to Gojet, Envoy or Skywest, where would you go? Wasn't that information available before you went to Gojet? Why did you choose to ignore the available information and go to such a carrier? Do you think it is an important quality for a pilot to want to gather information before making a decision if he has the time? How would you say your decision process in choosing an employer would be similar or different when gathering information in a CRM situation?

There are too many opportunities out there to not make a careful choice.

Pffffttt. Rubbish dood. They may ask you why you chose Gojets and I will tell them it's because of the RDU base. If I'm going to be beat up at the regional level (they all do it), I might as well get the best QOL I can since I live in Raleigh correct? I'm not going to defend G7, pilots are adults, they can make their own decisions but this place isn't nearly the monster you portray them to be. Our contract and pay is much better now. Fly the plane, build the time and go where ever you want in 3-5 years.
