Ignorance is bliss. Gojet is fine until your family needs the medical insurance or you want them to actually follow the contract. The entire industry knows about Gojet and it makes it much more difficult to move up. Every new guy will stand up for their new employer, they have to in order to keep their sanity. I spent many years there and I feel bad for all the people whose careers and lives I saw ruined by Gojet.
Each person there needs new people to go there in order to move up in seniority or to upgrade. Each has a vested interest in getting you to go there. There are better choices.
