Two things.

1) I've never heard of a new hire class that "HAS 15 - 17". Which is it? Fifteen or 17? Or is it 16? Or are they simply hoping for 15 to 17?

That's like saying "I purchased my next car. It'll be here next week. It's a Ford! Or a Chevy. Or maybe it's a Nissan. I'm not exactly sure what I bought!"

And,....

2) It's possible, (or likely, in my opinion) that the new bonus structure will entice a few more pilots to come here, but I firmly believe that any bump in hiring is merely a "blip" in hiring and hiring will quickly return to abysmal levels.
