Huh? You're only furthering my point. On top of that, I'm saying that attitudes like yours only make it easier for your company not to pay you. Heck, they are practically even making YOU pay for the newhires' bonuses. Company lowered your wages (giving them more money) and accepted more larger jets (earning them even more money) AND they pay thousands of dollars to newhires while giving the current pilots nothing.

So...basically they got you to fly more jets even cheaper AND they are making you pay for the newhire bonuses out of your own wages. You lost money, company lost nothing. You don't see the problem with this?

But I suppose paying these rookie pilots from your own wallet is OK with you, because "everybody wins"!
