I'm not challenging your actions, I'm challenging your way of thinking. I know the vote took place some time ago.. You still say more pay wont bring more growth. I simply disagree. What's the point of these bonuses if this isn't the case?
Never said more pay won't bring more growth. More pay to current pilots won't bring more growth when the company can just pay new hires and not pay current pilots. It's cheaper to only pay new hires. It's what our CEO said was their plan. It's what the company is currently doing.
