Never said more pay won't bring more growth. More pay to current pilots won't bring more growth when the company can just pay new hires and not pay current pilots. It's cheaper to only pay new hires. It's what our CEO said was their plan. It's what the company is currently doing.
I think Endeavor's example shows more pay across the board does bring growth. Of course it costs more, but which is better for pilots? But I will agree to disagree.
