Giving money to our current group won't bring in new hires any more than offering them bonuses. Offering only new hires bonuses is cheaper for the company so I believe they will do that and not give current hires anything. Telling our pilot group to drop down and take less pay and to do things like picketing is only hurting us more. Every time you drop down the company needs to hire more so they give new hires more. Seems like you're the one coming out of that deal bad.
