Just make it known how awful the flow is and how the company doesn't follow a single section of the contract. The more the truth is out about this place, the better we are. To be more accurate, you should say "The company doesn't follow a single section of the contract they way I interpret it". They interpret it a different way that's why we file a grievance and an arbitrator rules. I can tell you that this pilot group has lost far more arbitrations than it has won.
This is a good place to work and I for one am proud of how far we have come.
The flow works just fine. By the end of the year everyone who should have gone will be at AA.
