No, I'm just someone who actually decided to do a little learning about the RLA beyond the fact that pilot groups can't engage in self help without release, which is where 99.99% of the participants here stop learning about the RLA.
It's really not hard to find the information and actual case law if one was actually interested, and you don't even have to limit yourself to ALPA material.
You knew enough to say that there is no President but you don't know enough to say who JM is ok. You're not fooling anyone.
So you think I'm the "union president" who is JM, but you've also called for TR to step down based on your lack of understanding of labor law, so apparently at some point you actually learned that we have a new MEC (which doesn't include a President), but I guess just forgot when you started thinking I'm JM.
