How high do you think PSA's upgrade time will be with only 5 pilots flowing per month and low time Captains competing against pilots with four or fives times more experience. Personally, I don't see a lot of top end movement at PSA.
It seems that nearly as many pilots at PSA are fired for disciplinary reasons as flow to AA.
Maybe if more pilots set up Facebook/tinder/twitter accounts, upgrade time at PSA may decrease.
