I read through the entire forum post and still had a question that wasn't really answered

I am a part 141 flight instructor and about to interview for an airline and will be filling out a PRIA (only job I have ever had as a "pilot"). Exactly what information will the 141 flight school send compared to say a 121/135 operator? I know 141 keeps records of EVERYTHING, but just curious to what is sent...company training records, disciplinary actions, failed rides, all my past students and flights we have done, etc???
