I'll say it again, your position is informed more by a lack of knowledge and surplus of bravado more than anything else.

The union is advocating following applicable labor law, but if you chose to be ignorant of that then having an intelligent conversation is pretty much impossible.

But like I've said to you plenty of times, feel free to lead the recall and/or certification drive if you really feel the need. Or heck, put your name in the hat for a rep position.

Or, you can just continue to spout off here and on JIA. Because THAT's productive.
