I could not agree more, there has to be a bit more to this story, as just one example:...
"On September 2, 2015 I was called by my Chief Pilot, informing me that I was scheduled to meet with him and The Managing Director of Flying on September 21st, 2015 at 13:00 down in Atlanta. When I asked him what the meeting was about he told me that he did not know. He also informed me that he had talked to BB, DTW Captain Rep, informing him of the meeting.
I waited a week expecting ALPA to contact me but they never did.
I can't imagine getting such a notification from my CPO and not immediately calling anyone and everyone even remotely connected to ALPA legal, and anyone else I could possibly imagine that may be of some assistance...
