The Capts would fly slow, write everything up, and do everything in their power to screw over the company. Only people it hurt was the fo's with a non existent upgrade. And you know what? Good on them for actually having some balls and getting the pay that they deserve instead of seeing shiny new airplanes and go "oh never mind we don't want money" like a few other regionals out there.
Have I once mentioned anything on here about upgrade times or lack of reserves? No, I'm talking about industry average pay and that is it.
