In regards to the hiring pool. I received a call from UPS to continue the hiring process at the end of March. I was told UPS is not actively hiring, but increasing the pool in which they are planning to hire from. I took the Hogan assessment 3 days later and have had radio silence ever since (approx. 4 weeks). Is this standard?
