Plain and simple: There is no reason to become a PSA FO unless you live in Charlotte, Knoxville, or Cincinnati/Dayton. As a reserve FO the last 13 months, things have gotten much worse for reserve FOs, and they will only continue to get worse as we get thinner and thinner on FO staffing. Expect to work your max duty period up to your last go home day. Company doesn't abide by the contract they signed however expects you to work outside of it to keep the operation running. Any regional is going to try and ****** you one way or another, but for some reason its just easier to take when your making more than $24 hour.
