Management can blame the pilots for everything from A to Z, I personally don't care anymore. I certainly don't speak for all SWA pilots, but "Fearless Leader" in Dallas, gets nothing from me until we get a contract.
As a pilot group we have been given empty promise after empty promise for all of our side letters over the years. I am done.
Management, Wall Street and our BOD have monetized our "goodwill". That goodwill was built by Herb and Colleen for over 30 years. It has taken Gary less than 5 years to significantly break that down and turn it into shareholder return and executive compensation.
