And I said nothing about not exploiting the contract. But when FOs are making more money than captains on a regular basis, there is something wrong with the contract. The occasional great month is one thing, but he said he regularly pulls down those kind of hours. That's wrong.
What ever it is, what did we get in return for giving it away in the TA? For giving up a portion of the profit sharing or more changes to sick leave.
The majority of us don't see the return in the company's position. 22% and DC should have been immediate. Profits are piling up. They have run out of ideas on how to spend the money. Prince is being honored for crying in a bucket.
