And I said nothing about not exploiting the contract. But when FOs are making more money than captains on a regular basis, there is something wrong with the contract. The occasional great month is one thing, but he said he regularly pulls down those kind of hours. That's wrong.
If it is wrong, then the problem is Delta isn't paying it's captains enough not that senior FOs have the opportunity to hustle and make a good wage.
