What is the difference in flow between PSA, Piedmont, and Envoy
That's not an easy question to answer. The flow numbers are moving targets. Envoy currently has the highest number of flows, but that number is set to diminish over time. PSA's is supposed to increase over time based on the number of active Captains but PSA's not upgrading anyone right now and they recently announced that they would be reducing the flow for at least the next couple of months, due to staffing levels.

The latest flows from Envoy are 2003 hires, (13 years). The most recent PSA flows were 2005 hires, (11 years). I don't know what the Piedmont flows longevity looks like.

The latest F/O bid came out this week. The most junior CLT pilot has a Dec 2015 hire date but the bid is not effective until July 1st. So it currently takes 7 months for a f/o to hold CLT,...... on reserve,....... sitting endless hot reserve,....... for months, if not years.
