As for scope protection, I refer you to the AF/KLM scope grievance settlement letter. It seems everyone has a price, some are just lower than others.
We are poor enforcers of our own agreements, that needs to change!
No disagreement there. Should have stood firm on the original agreement, but it probably was a big reason for the turnover in the ranks.
