Rolling over on the scope grievance and aggressively selling block hours are two key reasons for the change of leadership at DALPA. I have confidence the current leadership won't bring us a contract riddled with concessions, least of all scope concessions. It is Section 1 for a reason.
Has anybody yet been able to get details on how this abortion of a settlement went down? I know the Moak clowns always like to say..."hey there's no point in looking back" but there is actually value to finding out what the hell happened there so it can never happen again.
I believe we should put a resolution forth to investigate what Donetelli did behind the backs of 13000 Delta pilots he failed to properly represent. I see a potential DFR lawsuit. Knowing what exactly happened there would also bolster our case next time Delta tries to not "Keep one of their deals".
