CLT might take three months or after IOE. You would probably hold a line fairly quick in CLT considering the amount of reserve FOs is decreasing. My guess is 2-3 months of reserve in CLT until you're holding a line. In training and on reserve, expect 75 hours of pay a month. Once holding a line, you can expect 75-105+ hours of pay, depending on how much you want to work and can comprehend the collective bargaining agreement.
I'm sorry but it's my duty to call BS to this post. Currently it is taking 10 months to get CLT for PSA FO, and once they get clt short call is the name of the game. Recruiters are lieing to new hires on time it takes to get Charlotte based. Cheers
