Look at the bid awards on flica, then take the most junior pilot in CLT and look at their hire date on the seniority list. The awards on flica show up for everyone, regardless of your base and seat.
I just did this, it took me all but two minutes and the most junior pilot on the award for CLT FOs is an October 2015 hire. That is seven months total, but three months are spent in training, so figure this person has four months of line flying and they're based in CLT.
Call BS all you want, it's simple math.
7 months longevity - 3 months in training = 4 months on line the
