I just did this, it took me all but two minutes and the most junior pilot on the award for CLT FOs is an October 2015 hire. That is seven months total, but three months are spent in training, so figure this person has four months of line flying and they're based in CLT.

Call BS all you want, it's simple math.

7 months longevity - 3 months in training = 4 months on line the

cheers
Actually your original post said CLT in 3 months OR after IOE which would be 3 months from date of hire. Perhaps you misspoke and meant to meant to say 3-4 months AFTER IOE, which is 7 months from Date of Hire. That is more plausible.

However that person will still be the most junior person on short call reserve. I don't know the date of hire for the most junior round 1 line holder in CLT, but I would guess that it is still over 1.5 year from date of hire, not the 6 months you alluded to.

Perhaps someone else can post the DOH for the junior line holder in CLT.

Also attempting to comparing the movement now to the movement of last July when the junior FO in CLT was hired is comparing apples and oranges. There have been very few new hires and almost non existent upgrades in the last 4 months. Movement is much slower now than it was last July.
