Hmmm. Would hope the 350 pay rate is $15/hr more per hour then because that seems a bit out of line.
PC-12 training and check ride is all in-house, 350 training is at Flight Safety. I'm assuming that's the reason.
There's an increase for both SIC and PIC over PC-12 pay rates, but like OKstateBryan said, I think a lot of people couldn't justify the move for the amount of the increase. That being said, I bid for it 1st choice anyways because I want to fly it that badly.
