Do you think it's realistic for the company to demand those cuts, then expect the pilot group to give even more to get these things back? That's a pretty ridiculous double standard, especially with the profits we are now making.

I'm actually not advocating for full restoration or else, although retro back to the amendable date should be a given. But they're gonna have to do a heck of a lot better than TA15 to get it past this pilot group. It's only going to get harder to pass the more new hires we get. They are a group of people that have been beat down at the regionals or by non-stop deployments in military for the last 10-15 years. For the most part this contract will provide a much better QOL, and quickly much higher pay than they've ever experienced.

Why is it that so many of the yes crowd are only focused on pay rates? Fill my 401k (now...not next year), more pay (AND credit) per day of training/vacation, more per diem (a nickel was a step in the right direction), better health care, better DH seat requirements/penalties...there are so many better ways to compensate the pilot group than just pay rates!

They want productivity? Tell me again why they waiting so long to hire?

Easy...WAY more than what TA15 offered.

We would have to get to the root cause of why people want to work a lot. Would they still consider it a concession if they can make the same or more with a cap in place?
