Huge loss of seniority/pay/longevity. There is no doubt that this will be the case moving forward without FO hiring/retention.

C) current RSV / junior CA's will see a seniority / QOL bump from new UPG meat at bottom.

There is a tangible benefit to every segment of the pilot group that should not be overlooked. Keep your eye on the ball. The MEC did the right thing for everybody here.

My worry here is that it scuttled any improvements in June before we even try.
