The CMR and AWAC contracts were signed in '01, one year after the PCL agreement. The XJET contract was signed in '03, three years after the PCL agreement. The ASA agreement was signed just a bit before the PCL contract, but if you look at the rates, they're pretty danged close with the exception of the 2nd and 3rd year FO rates. You may not like it, but the fact remains that the agreement signed at PCL
was industry-standard at the time it was signed.
