Times are different. It's not FOs fault. CAs overwhelmingly voted in the worst flow possibly, all because the majority didn't wanna update logbooks or do an interview that you basically we're gonna get through with no issues. Everyone knew that garbage flow LOA benefited only senior pilots. But now something benefits FOs on property, who btw are making less than new hire FOs, and CAs are throwing a fit about it.
