A few more months and this place would've been in serious trouble. A few months is a long time though right? About how long you were on reserve for.

Do you think that this retention bonus is going to actually help in retaining pilots? Do you think that we have FO's that would skip going to a good LCC or a major because of this bonus?
This bonus will not help with retention.
