I hope it does go well because I made a lateral move myself a few years ago and it was the right move, but Endeavor is still a regional, and like all the other regionals, it's great until it's not.
I understand I will not the results of my decision for probably two - three years but in my 20 years in corporate America I always saw companies with good mgmt do well for employees and stock holders and the opposite as well. I placed my chips on Ed Bastian and Delta over Parker and American. Time will tell. Today's decisions should be based on knowledge and future goals. Good luck to everyone at PSA. I'm not here to recruit for Endeavor just share info if anyone wants to know. I can say in my first 6 weeks at PSA I could tell it was not a well run company.
