Has everyone missed the fact that "signing bonuses" have replaced retro pay? Why should politicians negotiate for pilots are not on the seniority list & who don't vote?
We should negotiate full retro, because many of those who are retiring voted "NO" on POS15. They supported the cause for a respectable contract and we have an obligation to them. Just because the company is disrespectful to pilots, doesn't mean we have to be that way toward each other.
